Refund policy
We offer a 45-day return and exchange policy for both defective and non-defective products. This means you can request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your item.
Return and Exchange Requirements
For a non-defective item to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- be new, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it;
- be returned in its original packaging; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
If your item is defective, damaged, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and find a suitable solution.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@comenails.com.
If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
For returns or exchanges of non-defective items, the return label must be downloaded and printed by the customer. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, Comenails will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 45 days of delivery.
For exchanges of non-defective items, the item must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the exchange is requested due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, Comenails will cover the return shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal for EU customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
This right of withdrawal exists independently of our 45-day return policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be new and unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
For returns of non-defective items, the customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Fees
We do not charge restocking or return fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
