We currently only ship within Germany.

Shipping Costs (Germany)

Standard shipping (with tracking): €3.90

Free shipping: for orders over €35

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing time: usually 1 day after receipt of order.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 days within Germany.

Note: There is no shipping on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Providers

We ship carbon-neutrally with: Deutsche Post / DHL.

Smaller orders may be shipped as letter mail.

All packages include a tracking number, if available.

Important Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will have to charge you for reshipping.

If your package is damaged or hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
